I can't get people that pretend to be hip - but web 2.0 doesn't mean that they've got New Marketing, or basic customer service, or common sense, or even the first effing clue. Some e-retailers shouldn't be allowed out without their mothers.

It seems to me that their idea of customer service is pathetic.  You have expressed your dissatisfaction publicly and STILL they aren't falling over you to rectify the situation.
